- 1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water between 105 and 115 degrees Fahrenheit
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Mix the yeast with the warm water and olive oil. Let it stand for about 5 minutes. You should see the yeast bubbling and growing. Mix the salt and the flour together and then add in the yeast liquid. Knead well.
Let rest for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Form into pizza crust and top.
Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.
I like to bake it on a stone.
