It has been pointed out that some of these families who are struggling to eat for $100/week are having to rely on the corner quick-mart for their groceries. With no time to shop and no transportation to more affordable stores, this is where the bulk of their food comes from. That adds a whole new challenge to meal planning. Anyone have ideas/thoughts to help with this? How can our theoretical family manage with that type of restriction?
