My precious mother-in-law used to make this for special parties. The recipe was always requested. This makes a 50 serving batch, but don’t worry about having too much. People will be back for seconds!
- 12 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
- 12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 4 small cans unsweetened pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 quarts of ginger ale
Dilute the juices per the instructions on the can. Mix in the sugar. Chill this base mix thoroughly. Also chill the ginger ale. Just before serving, mix the juice and the ginger ale in the punch bowl. Add ice.
