- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup finely crushed crackers breadcrumbs or oatmeal
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Combine everything in a food processor. Makes 80-90 meatballs.
Form the meatballs with a small cookie scoop. Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet — make sure it has a lip, because there will be grease in the pan!
Bake at 450°F for 8-10 minutes.
I use these as a base ingredient in several other recipes, but you can easily just add them to some spaghetti and sauce…or some of that sweet and sour sauce…
