- 16 oz canned pumpkin
- 14 oz evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp. softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Baking Powder Biscuit Mix
- 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp vanilla
Mix everything in a blender and pour this into a greased pie plate.
Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes. Cool and serve.
