  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • juice and zest of 2 lemons
  1. Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar. Add the butter, juice and rind. Heat over a double boiler while stirring continually until thick. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
