Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- juice and zest of 2 lemons

Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar. Add the butter, juice and rind. Heat over a double boiler while stirring continually until thick. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
